Total Conditioning/ Crossfit Drummoyne was born in 2015, in the Inner West Sydney, and have been training all levels of ‘fitness’ ever since.

Choose Your Class
Regular body transformation challenges held throughout the year to provide you with nutritional information, fitness classes, motivation & support to help you achieve your goals.
Build lean muscle, burn body fat, improve your technique or all of the above. Through personal training sessions, our coaches will provide a platform to deliver you the results that you need.
These classes will feature mainly clean and jerks and snatches, though other lifts will feature as well such as Overhead Squats, Front Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts. Think of this as a progressive lifting program.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. The classes are a combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level/make you stronger, faster, leaner and healthier than before.
What is BodyFit?
BodyFit is a type of training that helps burn more fat in less time with intense workouts. Always around 40 minutes in length, it combines HIIT workout methods using kettlebells, boxes, medicine balls, rowing, running, skipping and body weight exercises so you’ll definitely be sweating.
I really want to try CrossFit. But is it for me?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter and healthier.
What days / times is MumFit on?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am + 1 weekend session is included. Either Saturday 9:15am or Sunday 10am. Classes run for 60 minutes.
Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit and BodyFit?
No. Our classes are a is the fitness program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is. You can start CrossFit / BodyFit if you’ve never worked out, if you have injuries, or if you’re sick or overweight. Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness and take daily steps toward goals. As you become fitter, your workouts will be adjusted to challege you at your new level.
If I’ve never done CrossFit can I go straight into your classes?
If you have had no prior exercise experience, we highly recommend our Fundamentals of Fitness program (see classes for more information) We also suggest to start with our BodyFit classes.
If you have exercise experience, yes you could easily start with our CrossFit classes. Sessions can be modified to suit individual needs.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements
reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they
are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time or power.

When they are not leading classes, you’ll see them sweating it out next to you! That’s how they know the classes and programs work – because each one of our coaches actively participates in our programs and we’re always trying to see if we can improve our methods.
Whether you’re experienced or a novice, our programming is suitable to anyone – no matter your current level of fitness.

BEFORE CLASS TIPS
- Wear something you feel comfortable sweating in: tank and shorts/leggings for women, squatting style shorts for men.
- If you have an injury, please talk to the coach prior to class so that they can give you proper modifications.
