CrossFit Coach
Callie is an energetic coach who has exceptional knowledge of technique, movement and Group Fitness Classes. She began her coaching journey by instructing Boxing, Spin and HIIT classes, as well as Personal Training.
She then started training Crossfit… and her love grew. From this, she completed her CrossFit Level 1 Certification.
Callie has been CrossFitting for the past 5 years and competing for the last 3; which includes winning the NSW All Stars Team title and competing in the National competition.
Callie has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and her expertise and knowledge is evident in every one of her classes.
